Dad & Mom started the reunions in 1980. They fixed the barn room with heater and straw bales for seats. We were able to hang stockings etc in one big room.
In 1982 Larry & Susan set up the every other year reunion with one of us in descending order being in charge. Yeah!
I thought it might be fun for everyone to see where our families were in size in 1980.
Julie & Dave hadn't started yet.. The first picture has Julie, Dave, (Mom)Lecia Dawn, (Dad) Robert and (Grandma) Ottie Garber Rhodes DeCoursey.
The 2nd picture has Gerald, Kayleen and Phillip. Phillip took his first real steps out in the barn. The excitement of candy canes and all the other kids walking around made him forget he liked to hang on to something.

Jeff was not happy about sitting still.
I remember Santa gave out some coal too, that he had a hard time finding. (Uncle David Hanks was santa if I remember correctly)
What a great family we make up.
