Poem written out down below so that it can be read.....
Worn Old Hands
I have no fortune to bestow,
Nor mighty realm to boast.
No high position do I know,
No grand success to toast.
I'd like to share my wealth with you,
For such indeed is mine.
Still all I have to offer are
These worn old hands of mine.
They're tattered now and worn with wear.
They're calloused cracked and blue.
They've never had the kind of care
They've never had the kind of care
that might appeal to you.
They've grown that way from doing jobs
That others left alone.
I offer still these worn old hands,
The only ones I own.
